SAY

1er formula: SAY + (frase directa o indirecta)

2da formula: SAY + TO + (persona)

TELL

1er formula: TELL + (persona) + (frase directa o indirecta)
Leila told me that she would be late.

2da formula: TELL + (persona) + TO DO...
Tom told me to call him at 4.


Talk
El verbo TALK significa exclusivamente conversar y comunicarse informalmente.
Let's talk about our vacations.

Speak
El verbo SPEAK se utiliza con el significado de habilidad de comunicarse, conocimiento de lenguas extranjeras y discurso de una persona.

I need to speak some basic German before the end of the year.
Nobody can speak in the Washington Library.
